Financial Transactions and Payments

3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
3.3 Third-Party Payments
Transactions using another person's payment account or mobile banking number are strictly prohibited. Transactions from any source other than a payment method registered in your own name will not be accepted, and such transactions may be cancelled along with the account being suspended.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.
4.2 Other Promotions
- Weekly Reload Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x — once per week on a single deposit.
- Cricket Festival Bonus: 30% of deposit in the Sports section, up to ৳3,000, wagering 18x.
- Slot Adventure Offer: 40% of deposit in the Slots section, up to ৳4,000, wagering 25x.
- Birthday Gift: Up to ৳1,000 in the registered birthday month, wagering 15x.
- Refer a Friend Bonus: Up to ৳2,000 for each successful referral, wagering 10x.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- To withdraw bonus winnings, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
- Bonuses count only on valid bets — cancelled or refunded bets will not be counted towards wagering.
- 89db apps reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.
- Each bonus has a set expiry period and will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
VIP Program and Cashback Policy
The 89db apps VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit, which is a set percentage of the week's net loss (total loss minus total winnings).

User Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities
While using the 89db apps platform, users must refrain from the following activities:
- Participating in any form of fraud or deceptive activity.
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
- Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods.
- Attempting to obtain another user's information.
